How flight days work

Season, address and cancellations

The season
From April to October we fly at least one day a month in every town.
Winter
From October to April we fly from Kolding, Randers and Roskilde.
The address
After you book – and 24 hours before the flight – we e-mail you the address to meet at. Keep an eye on your inbox.
Cancellations
A flight day goes ahead when at least 15 people have booked and the weather allows. If you are cancelled, we contact you to rebook.
Gift cards
Gift cards for single seats can only be used on the public flight days.
A day of your own
To fly on another day, we can usually offer a private flight from Kolding, Randers or Roskilde for a supplement of DKK 900.

Kokkedal, Taastrup, Roskilde and Ringsted. Fly over Copenhagen, Helsingør, Hillerød, Køge or Holbæk, for example.
Jutland
Aalborg, Viborg, Randers, Silkeborg, Aarhus, Herning, Vejle and Kolding. Fly over Hobro, Skanderborg, Horsens, Fredericia or Haderslev, for example.
Funen
Middelfart and Odense. Fly over Bogense, Assens, Kerteminde, Nyborg or Svendborg, for example.
Lolland, Falster and Møn
Holiday flights from Møn, Marielyst, Lolland Falster Airport, Rødby and Vordingborg. Fly over Møns Klint, Nyord, Bogø or Stubbekøbing, for example.
Sweden
No fixed flight days. We are happy to fly at an event – write to kontakt@helicompany.dk.

We plan 1–2 flight days a month in each town, depending on bookings, and gift cards can only be used on those days. To fly on another day, we can usually offer a private flight from Kolding, Randers or Roskilde for a supplement of DKK 900. Gift cards from a partner cannot be used on a day of your choice.

The season runs from April to October, when we fly at least one day a month in every town. From October to April we only fly from selected towns: Kolding, Randers and Roskilde. We fly from Roskilde all year.

Safety comes first, so we cancel if the weather or the aircraft does not allow flying. We need at least 5 km visibility, cloud at 1,200 ft (450 m) or higher for sightseeing, and no more than 25 knots of wind (about 12–13 m/s).

We fly when at least 15 people have booked a flight day. Flying the helicopter to a town is expensive, and to keep prices down we fly many guests, three at a time. Otherwise we offer you extra seats to buy or a new date.
